They wont call back to have a civilized conversation nor is there a pin pad like they state to be able to get in. Pretty disappointed considering I've already paid for a unit and they dont even have it available also there is already a lock on said unit and haven't explained why.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR BREAKING INTO STORAGE LOCKERS THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE PICKING LOCKS AND TAKING FROM RENTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
