I don’t even know where to begin. I have never been more pissed off at a company than I am right now at Uhaul. I scheduled a moving truck on 2/25/21 from a uhaul facility 3 miles from my house. Uhaul changed the location of my unit the day before I was to pick the truck up and the new pick up location is 10 miles from my house. However, I never received an email telling me my pickup location was changed. 7 minutes ago-Edit Only giving one star because I can't give 0. Never felt the need to leave a bad review, but the manager at the Spring Hill, AL location (Tisha C****) just really takes the cake. Never have had somebody threaten to call the police on me before! I went on uhaul's site a month ago and paid $360 dollars for a hitch and installation. Got an email saying when to bring it in. This is the most unethical, uncaring and unreliable company I have ever worked with! I own a logistics business and needed a large amount of rentals for a few months and ended up working with the manager named Eric to get us set up. We had a total of 15 rentals by December and returned them all end of January. They set it up to where I was prepaying for the vans every week, some every 2 weeks so that way when we returned them nothing will be owed for the payments. Charged me $217 two weeks prior to my to my move for a 20 foot truck I reserved.... day of my move went to go get the truck that had been confirmed multiple times thru UHAUL... drove 30 mins at 7am..... arrived at location and NO TRUCK.. NO IDEA what we were talking about.. called uhaul sat on hold for 30 minutes... they then hung up on me... called back and sat on hold another 30 minutes and still no idea where my truck was... now it had been an hours of waiting and still out $217 and NO TRUCK and NO TRUCKS AVAILABLE anywhe... read more

ZERO STARS! Horrible experience with the Milwaukee location at 2020 W State ST. They hadn't cleaned or checked the truck when I picked it up. It had trash in it, the tires needed air, there was ice on the floor of the truck that you couldn't see & I fell because no one warned me. They didn't give me the dollies that I had already paid for & I had to call three times before they would credit me. First things first, this individual U-Haul wasn't terrible. It's the service after them that I'm complaining about. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, EVER. They took their review down after I wrote about them 2/3/21 or so. First of all, they charge you about as much as the trailer's worth just to rent it for a couple days. Second, I paid for insurance and roadside assistance. I broke down half way into my move and was stranded by the side of the road. We were stuck in the snow and called uhaul, they said they’ll send a tow truck out to us but to call the POLICE if we’re in real trouble(we didn’t). We finally get unstuck by ourselves and call UHaul back up to let them know we’re unstuck and don’t need help; come to find out the roadside ticket was cancelled because they said THEY called US back, confirmed we were unstuck and even said we were keeping the truck overnight!!
