I was told over the phone by a Uhaul rep named ****** that I had till 9:17am on November 5th to return without being charged a new day. She informed me the ****** location was open till 7 and I specifically called and made sure I wasn't going to be charged because I was running behind by 40 minutes. She told me over the phone to take my time. The gentleman **** at the ****** ************* location did not believe me and said that's not how it works. He was rude. No customer service. I had to push customer to actually suggest that I can review here. Forget about doing a ****** review they only send links to review your pickup and drop-off location which for the most part is NOT the issue. Seems really unfair to give a poor review to the mom & pop stores where we pickup and drop-off. The real problem is uhaul itself. Doesn't give a **** where you get your truck .... read more
