What a nightmare on getting my box scheduled and delivered to me in **! What a customer must go thru to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. My box was scheduled to be delivered on 11/9 and I received a call from ********** on 11/4 to confirm the delivery on 11/9 by a female driver, named ****** (or something like this name.). When I arrived to pay for the shipping in ********, I was informed that I need to pay extra for home delivery.
