The price was very good and their responses to questions quick and clear. The move was booked for drop off for the 2nd of November and pick up November 5th. I was told over the phone by a Uhaul rep named ****** that I had till 9:17am on November 5th to return without being charged a new day. She informed me the ****** location was open till 7 and I specifically called and made sure I wasn't going to be charged because I was running behind by 40 minutes. She told me over the phone to take my time. The gentleman **** at the ****** ************* location did not believe me and said that's not how it works. He was rude. No customer service. Very pompous.i was appalled by his demeano... read more
