Rented a 20ft truck and went to the pick up location assigned by uhaul, went there and they changed it without giving me notification. so had to drive through traffic which was not planned at all. I had this reservation for 2+weeks. Now I get to the new location which is a run down gas station and the clerk is beyond rude, they did not have the dolly nor furniture pads which I had paid for in advance as well.
