This specific branch of U-Haul charged me for an entire extra day after we returned the U-haul 40 minutes late even though we were physically at the U-haul drop-off within their supposed time barrier of around 30 mins (according to U-Haul ****************** We missed the time cut-off because the online check-in process takes a long time and the location was quite busy. It took a minute to figure out where we needed to park to begin the check-in process. We were supposed to return the truck at 8:00 am and we arrived around 8:... read more

I would give negative stars if I could. From the very beginning of this process I was lied to, misquoted price wise, and given attitude. Regarding this specific store location (at the beginning I was dealing with a store on the East Coast where I was moving from, and they were just as bad) I was given 3 different time frames for my home delivery of my boxes. The first two times came and went, and they were late for the 3rd time frame. When my boxes finally arrived, one was not my box. It was someone else's stuff. I was told ... read more

I went on line last week to order a rental from U-Haul and *********** for Saturday, July 29th. I live in ************* and was driving down to help my son move from *********** to ******. I initially ordered the truck for 10:30 a.m. and had planned to help him move and get back home on the same day. At approximately 4:00 pm on Friday. I was notified that the truck would be available for pickup at 12:30. Showed up at the U-Haul location at approximately 12:40 and was told the truck was not there. I basically was bullied then threaten during my inquiry about the possibility of renting an equipment. *************************************************************** ************** All because my husband and I spoke with each other regarding how a female employee was being extremely rude to another customer.
