I went on line last week to order a rental from U-Haul and *********** for Saturday, July 29th. I live in ************* and was driving down to help my son move from *********** to ******. I initially ordered the truck for 10:30 a.m. and had planned to help him move and get back home on the same day. At approximately 4:00 pm on Friday. I was notified that the truck would be available for pickup at 12:30. Showed up at the U-Haul location at approximately 12:40 and was told the truck was not there.
