Some of this hitch technician does not follow their company standards - which what was happened to me. I got my hitch installed on my 2019 Honda Odyssey and instead of following this guide, ******************** ***************the so called "Hitch expert" cut the whole driver-side under panel leaving the underside of my vehicle exposed. I went to talk to him to see if he can amend the mess and he said he cannot fix the issue. I reserved a 6x12 trailer to pick up yesterday at my local dealer. When I arrived, I stood in line for 30 minutes to get up to the counter. The line was not social distancing and the people there didn't care. In fact, one employee there kept approaching people in the line and getting very close to ask and be sure that they had reservations because they were all booked up. Reserved a truck 1 1/2 weeks ago without an issue received and email and text message that my truck would be ready to picked up at 8am on 8-29-2020 with a dolly and moving blankets. The day before my move I get a call at 12:30pm (30 minutes before I close on my new house) that they don't have my truck available. I can pick up a new smaller truck (15ft) but that wont be ready until 3pm. Mind you this is all happening at 12:30pm Friday afternoon at the end of the month. This place is horrible. We reserved two storage spacies and were told we were all set only to find one week prior to the sale of our home, they had given away our reserved storage space. People in the store explained that they had people waiting six months for a space...that really fixes everything. When you call for resolution, they made no offer to fix the situation. We were told that in order to keep our reservation, we had to pay within 10 days, yet that was not told to us either in the store, or by phone or even on our ... read more

I am disabled and having to move from my apartment and have had to go to several grocery stores looking for the right size boxes and got turned away. The good-hearted, professional, and caring for All customers is amazing. I will never forget what the manager Mrs. Sharon M****** did. She is the same person everytime I have went up there for any Uhaul service and will continue to go back, and refer everyone I possibly can just because of her caring for All of the Uhaul customers.

I rented 3 items from them on June 16, 2020. I was to return on June 18, 2020. When I returned the item at approx 1 pm on the 18th they were very busy & a young man came out to my vehicle & said he would unload so I could go inside to settle the rental. I ended up purchasing the furniture mover. I paid for it & the clerk said everything was completed. I received an email from U-Haul saying I did not return the items till the 28th. I called & they told me they had fired the employee already who failed to enter when the items ... read more

This was the WORST experience i have EVER had in the 29 years... Four employees, two in training. ( they were in plain clothes so I will assume this.) Both the on site manager and assistant had the name tags flipped over so that their name and employee number could not readily identify them. The trailer was not ready to rented, the passenger side strap was damage and unusable and covered with oil or some liquid. Mangerer couldn't find the correct 14MM wrench to change the broken strap, I had to replace it myself with my own ... read more

Worst ever moving company. We had a bad situation with a reservation. I spoke with a representative on Monday and told her clearly that I need a car from Illinois to New York and back to Illinois. I told her clearly that will be 1700 miles. She told me that the price will be 0.40 cents for a mile. At the office was told different price-0.99 cents for a mile. WORST experience. I rented two trucks Sunday Aug 9th. Only have 2 people working the counter I was 3rd in line and it took me 30 minutes in line to get to the front to talk to someone. Got the two trucks I ordered, one was so awful, I prayed for it to make it to the house. It needed a tune up or spark plugs SOMETHING it was a scary situation.
