U-haul is a very deceptive and very unethical , we moved from Duluth mn. To Palm Springs California and used a u-haul pod . When we bought a home in California , we called for our pod and it was still in duluth , why didn’t they send it ? In the past I have always used U-haul for my moving needs. This time I am making a move across country so in attempt to make my move simpler I decided to utilize U-Haul Boxes. Ideally, U-Haul boxes are supposed to be leveraged like Pods, where U-Haul drops them off at your location, they pick them up and then ship them to your designated destination. We rented a 26' truck on the June 12th. They were super busy and never once told us to inspect the truck before we left. We got to the house and there was a oil stain inside the truck and the truck was only filled at a half a tank.
