Miranda was excellent! She had ordered the correct parts exactly for my vehicle. Her knowledge and skills are outstanding and I am very happy with the job done. She was ready right when scheduled to do the install.
The service tech was unable to install the hitch because the muffler on my car could not be removed. She let me know and the order was canceled. I appreciate that she let me know and didn't attempt to do an install that she wasn't comfortable with and possibly damaging the muffler. That is good and honest service.
Miranda was terrific. She made sure i knew how to access the hitch behind the removable cover that conceals the hitch when it is not needed. The installation was quick and done right on time.
This is my favorite location, they always have what you need if they don’t, they’ll make an effort to find what you want, I’ve been here for years and still love it, you can safely leave your car parked at this location, definitely I recommend it
