The UHaul at **************************************************************** has a very loud garbage pickup Monday and Thursday between 3:30-5 am. I sleep with earplugs and updated windows and still wake up to dumpsters slamming. The local manager asked me to contact Corporate, saying they cant do anything. Corporate told me to call the police, meaning its on me to record and measure noise levels. There are many houses near this UHaul and this isnt a responsible answer by the company.

Im sorry ************ is experiencing an issue with garbage pickup at our U-Haul location. Unfortunately,we have no control over the noise garbage pickup causes. I would suggest ************ contact the waste management company to see if they can adjust the time they schedule for garbage pick up in the area. We are very sorry for the inconvenience he is experiencing.

Make sure you also check your invoice before and after if you must rent from them. You never know what surprise bill you will get without them telling you. Note to U-Haul Stop over charging, or charging for items not disclosed prior to rental

zero stars their shipping crate service is one of the worst things I've ever experienced. They got their forklift stuck in our yard when dropping the crates off the first time. And the yard hard to be torn up to drag it out of the hole it dug.(they had many options where to drop them off at) The lady driver almost punctured one of the crates through the side.And this was just on the drop off picking up was way worse they start by saying 4 of the crates are too heavy. I reserved a 24 hour rental to collect my belongings from my grandmothers house. I do not get much time off and I very well knew this could be the last time I see my grandmother so I cherished every moment of that time.... That is until UHaul never sent me the code for the truck keys I needed, never notified me of anything and I had to drive around to 3 different Uhaul locations with my ailing grandmother and wife in toe (we flew to my grandmothers and she was the only ride we had). ************************************************************************************************************************************ and ************* ever!!! DO NOT USE U-HAUL!!! Massive inconvenience!!! On day of move they said we can pickup truck in *******, we are in *********! What a joke!! We booked 3 weeks ago. No options, no other trucks available for entire month. We took a week off work each and paid movers on the other side in ******* already. They did not apologize, no reasons for no truck. DO NOT USE U-HAUL!!!

Rented for 24 hours, picked up earlier due to location closing soon at original time. Returned before time I picked up next day, location did not check me back in with time I returned and Uhaul billed me for 2 days. Called corporate, the person called location and verified I had returned before 24 hours was up but continued to charge me. Disputed with cc company and U-haul used time on my receipt in dispute, which they knew was not when I returned, and continued to charge me. I had a bad experience with UHaul. My husband picked up the truck he checked the outside of it with no problems. He drove my stuff down to ** and then back to CT. He dropped it off and we thought that was it. They ended up charging our credit card an extra $400 without telling us anything. we called them up and they said that there was a hole in the roof and the truck is undriveable. We had no idea there was a hole and it rained the whole week. We wanted to see this hole but they would not let us. How suspicious is this???? ... read more

I booked a 10' Truck with U-Haul Dealer, located at ******************************************************* 1 month ahead before moving but they cancelled my reservation without telling me. I found out it accidentally 7 hours prior to getting U-Haul. The reservation office offered me a bigger truck but because I don't have any experience driving ********************************************************************************************** extra 140 kms and and pay another $70 for a train ticket. Bait and switch. Booked a truck and trailor pick up two miles from my house. Last minute they told me I had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the truck and go to a different city to pick up the trailor
