after renting a storage unit, I am now told that I am the only person that can gain entry and I must relinquish my driver's license the entire time I'm accessing the unit. no longer can I send my employees or my parents down to grab things out of storage. Appleway U-Haul sucks. I do not recommend using them for your storage needs.
RecommendedMichael was very professional and accommodating. At the last minute, we realized that our unit was too small and with all of the demand from college Move outs and in our options were limited. Thank you for going the extra mile to help us while in a bind! Great customer service!!
RecommendedI wish all of Uhaul Corporate was as easy to work with as Dyonn and his team. Moving always comes with problems, but these folks never let a little problem get big, and worked with me to solve any issue. Would definitely work with them again!
Terrible! I made reservations for a truck and it was supposed to be $50 fee guaranteed reservation. I find out the morning of my reservation that the truck is not available and they changed my reservation to pick up at a different time and location!!! Terrible experience and will never use them again!

So upset! I will say that the overall customer service was friendly and personable, and my experience when picking up the truck was great. Gave me a .20 cent a mile discount for being a student. However, my experience with the actual truck and my return experience were not. It was 94 degrees the day of my move and I was given a truck with a broken air conditioner. WARNING!!!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE AFTERMARKET WHEELS!!! OWNER STATES HE ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO AFTERMARKET WHEELS EVEN IF IT'S HIS NEGLIGENCE! I took 2 new wheels and tires to have mounted and balanced while in the process of mounting he dropped one of the wheels face down on the cement while I was standing near him!
