I am disappointed and have lost my trust in Uhual at this location. The associate did not do a walk-through or confirm any contents in the cargo area of the truck with me upon pickup. I was charged a $10.00 Utility Dolly fee when no dolly was requested. There was no dolly in the truck when I opened the roll up door upon site destination. I have my own dolly and did not need one as indicated in the online reservation and upon counter pickup. I was charged $10.00 for moving pads. Well don’t wast your time getting propane tanks filled. Waste of time. Go to KW. We called before we left to find out when they closed and the price of fuel. Got there in 5 mins unloaded tanks and pushed the button. Waited ,,,,pushed button again. Waited,,,, went inside. No one. Went into shop. No one. Called them to have them tell me no one was there who could fill the tanks today. Read very simple reviews on yelp and google.
It is a shame that UHaul will let just anyone open a UHaul store and impact their entire brand reputation. We have been using UHaul for years in our business and everyone at this location, especially Brandy, has a terrible attitude. Find a job you enjoy people instead of ruining your customer's day.
hey make sure you check your mileage on your vehicle before having them install hitch wiring. I dropped off my car at 8am with a little more the a quarter tank of gas. I was quoted 3 hour wait. 6 hours later they finally called and told me my car was done. when I got into my vehicle my gas gauge read empty - way under the line and i had around 70 extra miles on my trip meter. I've repeatedly tried to call but they just leave you on hold forever. I will never use another UHaul for anything.

Absolutely horrible....made a reservation a month in advance. saved the email confirmation. showed up on time the day of and they said they don't have anything. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Didn't honor the reservation. Complete disaster. Terrible.
Do not rent from the Mooresville location! We rented a trailer to move some items and it cost us $30. The man said we could return anytime within 24 hrs! We rented it around 2pm yesterday and returned it at 11:15 pm that same day only to wake up to an additional $20 charge! When I called to dispute it they rep told me someone would get back to me within 72 hours!!! It should be against the law for a company to just charge you card whenever they want with even calling first... especially when it should have NEVER been charged... read more
Just left the facility after experiencing another theft. Police reports are filed but nothing is ever done. I still use this facility because it’s close to my house, however I would not recommend it to anyone because corrective action isn’t taken when your property gets broken into. I advise to look elsewhere.
