U-Haul on 3421 Wall Ave, Ogden, UT 84401 is terrible. I rented a truck and didn’t use the dolly, they have a zip tie on the dolly, when I opened the back of the truck, I noticed the broken zip tie, wasn’t sure what to do so I left it there. I told them I didn’t use it nor did I need it, they charged me anyway. Sierra Kennedy accused me of lying about it. It’s not the matter of the 7$ but rather they dishonestly charged me for something I didn’t use and refused to believe I didn’t use it. Never again.

The worse customer service. Make sure you take pictures of everything and cover yourself.
we where picking up a trailer, there was an older man and a younger woman behing the counter. the older man was having issues with his computer when he said. "it's acting just like a woman, it doesn't want to do anything. WOW!! Hostel work environment.

RecommendedToday I went to Petty’s because my car was saying low tire. The two young gentlemen treated me so kindly, they checked my tires added air, they would not take money for checking. They would not take a tip( well I didn’t offer but I just know they would not have taken it. 😜). The family owned feeling is definitely here at this place of business. Thank y’all so much for the quick and above and beyond service.
the general manager is rude did not answer my question at first and then talked in way that made the answer in a very unclear way and sold me something a did not ask for then catches a attitude with me when I realized it. called the cops on me , a paid customer , because I took off my mask so I can be heard clearly on the phone with their customer service.
