I do not recommend this location. I have found unusual charges on our bank account from them. I rented a truck and had it for three weeks. During that 3 week period there were random charges on our account that just showed up not the weekly rental fee. I brought the list of charges to their attention and I have yet to hear back from the manager.
We bought a hitch for our daughter’s car in May. We are almost into July and still dealing with it. There was no tracking number so the morning of our appointment we got a call saying they would have to reschedule as hitch wasn’t there. We reschedulrf and sent our daughter down to get the hitch. The hitch was not put in correctly and made a horrible vibrating racket. The spare tire was not put back in correctly so we thought that was it. They didn't disclose all fees upfront. A $19.95 rental was $55. Charged for gas when it was full. Will never go through them again.
