Checked in and out with no problem and both of the employees was extremely friendly
Overall, I had a positive experience at this location. The employees were helpful and showed great customer service. I have no complaints or concerns.
I made a reservation for a 15’ truck 2 weeks ago for this location. I get there this morning and she (rude manager) didn’t even have it. She said it’s at another location. That location was a 20 minute drive away. All she did was say “sorry”. And before I left a 15’ truck shows up and she said I couldn’t rent it. The manager sucks. The whole process was terrible and made us late and movers are on the way. They did this to us on moving day. What awful service and there’s absolutely no excuse for it that’s acceptable. First time renting a U-Haul and it was a positive experience. Received a text the day prior telling me my reservation was confirmed. When I arrived early on pick-up day, they had the exact truck ready for me and it was in great condition. Got charged the correct amount and was treated respectfully by the staff on-site. Can't speak for returns since I was going out of state, but overall very happy with the service I received.
