Truck was VERY clean and the service was exceptional!
The experience was nice easy and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Did the self check out and use the app, picked up the truck at another location, was fine except for the blankets I had reserved. We’re not in it. No way to change my reservation. When I dropped off U-Haul at this location, they just said we’re busy. Give us the keys. Then I got charged $100 for missing blankets that we never got to use. U-Haul is typically pretty good but stay away from the self check out , and absolutely do not just drop the keys off, it doesn’t matter how busy they are, I got ripped 100 bucks for it.
