Trucks are in great shape, staff is friendly.
We booked U Haul online. We did mobile pick up at the store. The pre and post inspection was easy. The prices was affordable too!
Nothing it was all great and very efficient
Went with a friend to pick up his son, the entire experience was absolutely terrible. From the pick up which had impossible to follow instructions, to the first stop, the vehicle wouldn’t crank back up, then when we got going again and stopped it wouldn’t come out of park. Upon calling U-Haul my friend was told that we would have to wait on a repairman to come out and check the vehicle, with an eta of 2 hours… they finally showed up 4 hours later just to confirm what we knew and by that time the U-Haul store was closed for t... read more
