I have had 2 of my children delivered at JC Blair as well as my OB services leading up. I have nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Adams was phenomenal throughout my latest pregnancy, and I can’t say enough about the care and attentiveness of the nursing staff in the maternity ward. Thank you to everyone, including Dr. Adams, Dr. Forsythe, and Dr. Mansberger.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the nurses and doctors at J.C Blair Hospital Cardiac Cath lab my dad was in today for a heart cath and from the time he arrived till the time he was discharged they provided outstanding service to him and family and was very caring and made sure he was taken care of as well as the family while he was being prepped and then back in recovery till discharge again thank you to Phallen Magill and rest of the staff you all take serious pride in caring for patients especially in the cardiac uni... read more
The maternity nurses and doctor was wonderful when we welcomed our baby boy into the world 1-7-18. Thank you so much.
The last trip to the ER for a migraine, was one of the best. PA Magill, was so enthusiastic. He caught things on my charts and I did leave feeling better then when I arrived. This past weekend I attended an educational day, con-ed all day. He was one if the presenters and his enthusiasm, again was awesome. He holds the attention of his audience and works to help others gain his knowledge.
Hello, I am currently sitting in your waiting lobby on January 9th 2018 at 1122pm. My fiance brought our daughter in due to a possible rash that is spreading. They are in the first bay right when you walk into the ER they originally went to UPMC Altoona but they were too busy to treat her. I left early from my job at 11pm from altoona, drove 80mph on the interstate and I get here to be told by some male at the desk inside the ER I am not allowed in because it is one visitor per patient. Excellent staff, clean accommodating room, a great experience for my first time staying overnight in a hospital. I had a total hip replacement by Dr Christopher McClellan and I could't be more impressed by the entire process. You feel like a patient here, not just a number.
