Excellent staff, clean accommodating room, a great experience for my first time staying overnight in a hospital. I had a total hip replacement by Dr Christopher McClellan and I could't be more impressed by the entire process. You feel like a patient here, not just a number.
We are not strangers to Tyrone Regional. If given the choice in this area, UPMC or Tyrone, it's Tyrone every time. The ER staff treats you like a human being rather than a number or dollar sign. I had my daughter in yesterday for stitches and the staff was fantastic! She was examined, cleaned and stitched in about 30 minutes or so. Always a positive experience with the staff and procedures.
Short wait time. Efficient staff. Knowledgeable doctor.

My son had his tonsils out yesterday. The entire staff was professional and attentive. He had a very positive experience. Thank you for being there!
For the worst event going on in your life with your kid they are very kind and outgoing to help you throw it. Loved everything the minute we walked in the door to the minute we walked out. Not only do they do great with kids they go above and beyond what the should do. I want to thank the whole er staff. Great job and once again nothing wrong with anyone but hope to never have to see you that way again. Maybe just a friendly visit next time
Was just in the er this morning with my 3 year old. The staff and nurses were absolutely a joy and the Dr was lovely. I got him in and out within an hour and that's including a ct scan. Amazing place and amazing staff.
