Most of the times I was treated at Tyrone, including last night, have been positive experiences, but I have had 2 negative experiences with the ER, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Never a problem! Love the ER nurses they are spectacular with my daughter
I had to undergo a procedure yesterday and it was my first experience with Tyrone and its staff. I've been in several hospitals in my life, and never have I been treated with more care and attentiveness. Everyone tried to make me not only physically comfortable, but psychologically comfortable as well. They were professional with nurturing and constant support. Woman At the front desk was super rude. They lady that did my pulse ans blood pressure wasn't bad. The doctor in my option was horrible. I went in for a sore throat and all he looked at was my throat and ears. Listened to me breath didn't feel my glands or anything which took about a min didn't explain anything at all to me. Place is a joke glad I wasn't dying cause I wouldn't have made it very far. I forsure will be going to mount nittany next time!!!
