Dr. Long is the most judgmental, unprofessional, and down right rude doctor I ever encountered. People come here, when they are ill, and or have an emergency. They can't always remember correct information when their oxygen levels are low, and have chest pain but when my gram came in, he sat there and expected her to name off her list of medications, AFTER she gave her list to the nurse. My husband and I just walked out of your emergency room due to the absolutely rude RN in your emergency department. I have absolutely never been treated like that in a healthcare setting before. The sad part is, I am an RN!!! I will NEVER come back, and I will be contacting administration tomorrow!!
Dr. Long is the most ignorant, judgemental, unprofessional doctor I ever encountered. He flat out told me this is an er, we can't do anything. Go see a family doctor. Definitely will be going to altoona instead.
I love the ER staff at Tyrone. They diagnosed my daughter appendix super fast. Treated my son super awesome when he needed stitches. Also, have been sympathetic with mine and my husbands bumps and bruises and migraines. But, this new Dr. Dr. Roth is another story. He is rude and I was treated terribly. As if they couldn't be bothered with me. I never like to say bad things and like to give people the benefit of the doubt. This is not the case. Hello, I am currently sitting in your waiting lobby on January 9th 2018 at 1122pm. My fiance brought our daughter in due to a possible rash that is spreading. They are in the first bay right when you walk into the ER they originally went to UPMC Altoona but they were too busy to treat her. I left early from my job at 11pm from altoona, drove 80mph on the interstate and I get here to be told by some male at the desk inside the ER I am not allowed in because it is one visitor per patient.
