great place for out-of-towners – I took my parents visiting from out of town to TWO recently, and they absolutely loved it. The food, atmosphere and service were all fantastic. They really enjoyed the skyline view and the entire concept of an old warehouse-turn restaurant. The live music was awesome, and the salmon chips were (as always) to die for. TWO is such a unique restaurant, and a great place to show guests Atlanta's growing dining scene!
Great atmosphere, pretty good food & service – Atmosphere: Very cool looking, large warehouse-style dining room. It was loud, but not so loud we couldn't talk. Once the music started (around 8:30ih) it got more difficult to talk. Didn't think tables were too close together as others have said. Atmosphere and food are fantastic – I am planning a birthday get together and decided to head to the restaurant a couple weeks ahead of time to check it out. I have never been here before. I liked the covered valet parking and we were able to find a seat at the bar promptly while we waited for our table. One of Atlanta's BEST – This place is amazing - the food is fantastic, service is gracious and friendly, ambiance is modern and fun. Absolutely one of the BEST in this city. Recommended dishes to order: flash fried oysters (I don't have a penchant for oysters, but these were super fresh and tender, amazing flavor - the creole sauce really gives it a good kick). Favorite in the City – This is my favorite restuarnt in the city. The food, drinks and ambiance is great! I take every friend from out of town here either during the week or the weekends. Try to get a table near the outside patio so you can see the skyline and the fire pit. The live music is nice, but is a little too loud if you sit near it. The calamari and salmon chips are a must have every time. You will not be disappointed.
fun atmosphere, great drink menu, great food – We kicked off one of my gal pal's bachelorette extravaganza's at Two Urban Licks and what a great place to start. The atmosphere here is open and fun. They had delicious drinks and such a unique menu. A great place for a birthday dinner, or even just if you're looking for somewhere new to try. The staff was also knowledgeable and attentive. A wonderful venue all around.
Horrible hostess and they can't managed their reservations. Never Again.. – The atmosphere was nice and unique. However, their hostess and the way they managed their reservation were horrible. I had a party of 8 with me and had a reservation at 10p.m. for a birthday dinner. Forty minutes of waiting their hostess tells us our table was almost available. Finally, it took them 1hr and 15 minutes to set us. Their staff are so unorganized.
Perfect overall restaurant in Atlanta – Two Urban Licks is a 100% on the mark consistently wonderful dining experience. I have recommended it over and over and will continue to do so. Great food, spirits, atmosphere and continual excellent service.
Nice atmosphere, great food – First time there I had a lot of trouble finding the place. It is hidden in the back, you have to drive past a bunch of warehouse looking places to get there. The food and service were great though. The menu is divided into 4 sections, appetizers, soups and salads, entrees, and desserts. Our waitress(es) were very attentive.
