After driving the 2017 Escape and deciding to buy, I looked online and saw that Two Rivers advertised a "construction" price $2000 less than the price I was quoted. When I asked for that price, I was told I would have to give up all rebates to get it and would essentially pay about the same price. I feel that Joel at Two Rivers dealt in deceptive advertising. Just helped my daughter and son n law buy a new Escape. Gary was an excellent sales person with whom to work. Best experience ever buying a car, and I've been buying them for almost 50 years.
I would literally drive across the state to deal with Frank Snipes he is a personable and honest man. We will definitely be back to buy again from Frank at Two Rivers Ford! Loving my F150!
Had a great experience at Two Rivers Ford and LOVE our new Transit Connect!!! Our salesman Frank Snipes was the best sales person you could ever have. Super helpful and knowledgeable but never did I feel any pressure about buying the vehicle. Best buying experience with any dealership or salesman EVER (and we have owned a LOT of cars over the last 40+ years!!!) We are now loyal Two Rivers customers.
When in Wednesday bought me a new F1 50 had a absolute wonderful experience with the sales team. Bought several cars over the years but never had the service and experience that John Q. Brought to the table. Then Saturday took my wife over to Two River Ford and we traded in her 2014 fusion for a new Ford escape I will deathly be doing business at this dealership from now on.
If you're looking for a no haggle place to get a vehicle this is your dealer. We had the pleasure of having Gary McCray and he was awesome. Highly recommend them.
This establishment has one of the best sales departments I have ever dealt with. One in particular stands out for me . His name is Sherman Hunter! If all employees of Ford were as efficient as Sherman, Ford would really have no competition because everyone else would be out of business. Unfortunately with the good comes the bad and that bad is their service department.
