Big shout out to Steve Hess in the service department for helping me out. Had an issue with the electronic throttle on my Mustang after it was replaced late last year. Called and he said he'd schedule me in the next day to have my vehicle checked. Very appreciative of the quick and friendly service as a new Nashville resident.
Noahone of the service technician, was very fast and attentive to my car. The wait was long but once it got in, it was out 25minutes top.
Sherman is awesome in sales, and Kenny in finance is amazing!

I purchased my 2017 Escapefrom TRF in January & went in for the first oil change. Ryan met me as I pulled in a keptme informed as I waited. The waiting room was great & they had , coffee, water, fruits & granola bars for the customers.
