These folks are great. I bought my wife’s Ford Edge here a few years back along with my 2018 F-150. Their service people are always willing to help even when you lock your keys in your car and forget the door code or leave your truck in gear and it rolls into a power pole. 5 stars all the way around!
The commercial sales people are very nice But soon as you have an issue with any kind of Ford Roadside or any assistance from Two Rivers they will give you the runaround over and over and over I will never purchase another vehicle there again and I have bought 3 brand new vehicles in two years and I'll never be back support is the most important thing when it comes to new vehicles they should always stand behind their product warranties and roadside that does damage to your vehicle

I got to say Chris Taylor is Service and Joel Hawley is sales are second to none. Again they went above and beyond. I’ve personally bought 5 vehicles from them and will continue. I choose to have my service completed at Two Rivers because of Chris Taylor. Guy really cares.
