I had just a wonderful experience with Two Rivers Ford! Gary McCray, our sales associate, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He treated us like people rather than objects (unlike other dealerships we encountered during the day). So there is another recall on my Ford vehicle. I am sitting in the waiting area of the car dealership that I bought the car in (Two Rivers Ford, Mt Juliet TN), AGAIN. I am being told that it is going to be 1 1/2 to 2 hours for the repair. I get it, I do - but this dealership will not allow you to schedule recall work - they only allow you to bring it in and wait. Took my vehicle for service with some warranty issues. The ADVISOR was writing the issues I was telling him on a HANG TAG! Never seen that before. I was told it will take a very very long time to even look at the issues with the car because they could tell me that and I was ok with that. Another ADVISOR/MECHANIC joined the conversation and made me feel super unwelcome. My brother tried to say something and to our surprise, the other guy asked him “is it his car or yours”.
