So just getting around to posting this. Had a great experience at Two Rivers Ford today. Actually went once and left the lot but came back. The salesperson Andy Stewart was very patient with me. The process was very pleasant. It has been 11 years since we bought a new car and it was a pleasure here. Good people, good selection, very competitive prices. Highly recommended

We went there with intentions of purchasing a vehicle. We test drove a 2015 explorer and then told our salesman we wanted to look at the new 2016 just to compare. After driving both, we decided on the 2015 only to find out that they sold it WHILE WE WERE TEST DRIVING the other one!! Obviously only about the sell here and not the customer.
I have always gotten good service at Two Rivers. Last two cars I have gotten here and never a problem. People have always been nice and helpful.
Do not buy from here. Suspect cars are from auctions.
Poor poor poor customer service here. I went to look at my dream car... 2 hours away and something felt a little funny when shifting and the salesman ensured me nothing nothing was wrong the car was perfecr... 2 months later here I am with the car stalling on the parkway... dying when reversing and having all kind of codes pop up for shorts and electrical stuff. The dealership DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE VEHICLE at all. Says I should have taken the extended warranty. . Yes I should have if I had known you were all lying sacks ... read more
