I love it here! Beautiful place to live! Always something to do. Only complaint is they need signs for parking so everyone has ATLEAST one spot per house!!
They look good from the outside and usually inside. Rates are not worth it though. Went two plus months without getting my AC fixed and wasn't offered any kind of compensation. Upon move out I paid what they said was my last bill and I was all set. Then received a notice in the mail I owed a big fee. After arguing I decided whatever and I'll just pay it. I lived here for two years...When I moved in it was wonderful and the leasing office was wonderful. It was clean the the people in the office were friendly. Ever since the new management company took over it's gone way down hill. It seems like they are always trying to screw you out of money, so you are always arguing with someone even though I've always paid my rent on time, and whenever there is a problem it is never handled in a timely fashion. Such a beautiful place! The staff, including maintenance, was so kind and knowledgeable! I thought there would be a little more color in the landscaping considering it has the resort feeling, but the apartments are very nice as well as the amenities!
The apartment was upscale and had the loft feel because this unit had stained concrete floors. The complex has a resort feel.
