DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! This place is a dump ran by slum lords! Lease signed approximately 30 days ago and over 15 maintenance requests have been put in! One in particular, its the middle of the winter and there is NO HEAT, forced to utilize the oven for over 10 days to warm up the unit and ended up with Pneumonia. The managers response, "We can't control the weather". The stairways are disgusting and have a strong stench of urine. Absolutely gorgeous property! They also have very nice staff!! Definitely the best of the best in Pooler!
I had the pleasure of calling into the office to receive more information about a couple of the apartments I was looking into and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the leasing consultant knew her information. Erica was extremely informative and a pleasure to speak with. Two Addison is now at the top of my list as one of my places to live! I would encourage more people to consider this complex and to make it their future home!
