RecommendedWe are brand new tenants and the application and moving in process was fantastic thanks to the leasing office staff. The few minor issues regarding maintenance that arose upon move in (which is bound to happen) were resolved right away even on the weekend. Maintenance was eager to help and made sure to state they would follow up. The apt is clean and beautiful and we look forward to living here. Thank you ladies for all your help during an extremely stressful time!

The new management at Addison Place is fantastic! There was a time when you couldn't gat an answer, but not anymore. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a relativly new and well maintained apartment complex.
they will charge you an admission fee eleven if you are denied of 100 dollars, on top of a 50 dollar per person application fee. both of which are nonrefundable, though I understand why an application fee wouldnt be, you shouldn't be charged an admission fee if you are not admitted, as well as in the paper work the admission fee IS NOT listed as nonrefundable. then they will take a 250 dollar deposit even if you are denied and only refund it to you by mail. they will con you out of money after talking you up. a representativ... read more
