With so many other large food companies like Burger King, Subway, Jack in the Box, and Boston Market publicly adopting policies, Twisted Rooster should do the same. I will not support Twisted Rooster until it makes a public pledge to improve chicken welfare

I LOVE this place! My friend and I live in Lansing and drove all the way there just for dinner last night. The staff is knowledgeable and personable and the food/drinks were tasty and not overly priced.
The food was delicious and filling. My boyfriend had to take home food (which never happens) and it was gone a few hours later because it was too good to resist. The atmosphere, staff, etc was just all pleasant. The price was similar to Applebees but with better food. 10/10 -- we can't wait to go again.
It was our first time there. Atmosphere was pleasing. Wonderful service. My son had the calamari as a appetizer and the steak with green beans and mashed potatoes. I had the onion soup for an appetizer. The had both the Maine lobster macaroni and cheese and the salmon with rice and vegetables. We also had dessert. The food was excellent and we definitely plan on returning. A big tip was given due to the wonderful food and hospitality.
We go here often and LOVE it! The food is always good and their staff is the epitome of great customer service...always warm and friendly making us feel super welcome every time. Daily specials and a killer happy hour. Regulars for life!
I have never had a bad meal there. The fish tacos are the bomb! Staff has always been Pleasant!
