Dinner at the Twisted Rooster tonight was phenomenal. Food came out within 5 minutes of ordering and was steaming hot. Waitress Kirstyn was pleasant and very helpful. Restaurant manager came around to make sure everything was well. Food was amazing. Will definitely be a returning customer. Today's date: 6/30/17
Just ate at Twisted Rooster!! Horrible service and the hostess were rude. I watch multiple people leave and the hostess were very nice, saying "have a goodnight!" As soon as my family and I left, we received nothing! The food took 52 minutes. The waitress Tara, checked on us once, and didn't seem happy about it! Not sure why everyone was in a terrible mood, but it reflected on the service. I wish I could say something positive�
It was ok. I like the Michigan products related focus, but the food wasn't great.
Everything was very fresh and most delicious and presented by a great server
Loved it! Had the Twisted Salmon, and it was wonderfully delicious!!!!!

I love the twisted rooster, every time I'm back in Grand Rapids I make sure to stop by. I usually get the calamari, sirloin, and finish it off with a brownie! Everything on the menu is delicious, and done even get me started of the drinks!!! Sangria and bloodies are TO DIE FOR! 100% will be back, and would recommend �
This is a must visit place.....servers know know the menu .....staff is friendly and want to serve you.....the fish tacos and zip chic is unbeatable....the only negative is there not closer to home
