I bought my pre-owned Cadillac from Twins Buick GMC about 1 year ago. I just got my car serviced there and they did an amazing job! Great customer service. I was very satisfied. I also referred a couple friends there.

Finance guy was very sweet. Sales manager a total snobby asshole! didnt even introduce himself. Salesmen had me brought in then told me to fend for myself to get home! I lived an hour away!! I worked there when it was Schmitt, def was better that way!! Building is amazing I will give them that, but thats all!! Good, bad or ugly credit everyone deserves to be treated equally!! Ten yrs in the car business myself Id never step foot back in such a piss poorly managed dealership!!
The management staff other than Judd is the worst, you call them and they say the call you back never do. The acting person in charge is useless and needs retrained. The service department is one of the biggest jokes in town a back yard mechanic would do a better job. Sales person Kevin Turner was the only plus about this dealership. Hopefully he changes dealerships before I buy my next car. I won't ever deal with Twins again. Filing a complaint with BBB about them.
Arrived at 9am for my appointment and was greeted promptly. Was escorted to the beautifully renovated Customer Lounge. Within an hour the service was done. Great experience!
