So far they are what a real business is all about if it needs fixed they fix it if it's not done right then make it right none of the b******* we fixed it once or not our problem so I must say of all my years going to the garages and buying new trucks and trying to find someplace to keep them running right twins so far has done it and more
The entire service experience has been upgraded since the old Bob Daniels and even Jeff Schmitt days. Not that there was anything wrong with service or with the personnel previously, but the current remodeling of the service and cashier areas is much more efficient and conducive to communication with the service advisors. We have been buying Buicks here and having them serviced since 1980. We are highly satisfied with the product and with the service.
My first time using the service department was really pleased was in and out at a timely manner just like I was told . And the customer waiting room had every thing you needed to make the wait comfortable . Great job Twins looking forward to coming back !!!
