I'm loving the new management and the new look of the place. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, especially my sales rep Armando. The dealership was clean and offered a variety of beverages. My understanding of the promise that was made to me was that the fluids would be topped off as part of the oil change service. That promise was unfulfilled. My windshield washer fluid in particular was not topped off. Ben did provide a strongly satisfying resolution. Thanks Ben.
