Just got my oil changed! What a wonderful group of people! It was fast quick and easy!
My daughter and I decided to stop by and take a look around for any cars that she may be interested in. We knew we weren't going to buy anything today and we let the twins team know that. Even if they knew they weren't going to make a sale with me at the moment, they still were happy to show me and my daughter around and answer all the questions that we had! They are a wonderful team with great respect for their customers! I would recommend them to anyone! We will be back soon!
Terrible place. I've bought all my cars from the Jeff Schmidt family and they are great ppl but Twins not even close. One manager approached me and treated me as if I couldn't afford the car I was going to test drive. Then the other sales manager told me my fully loaded 2013 Malibu LTZ with the turbo engine is only worth 8,500 on the trade in........car max said 12,500 right now!!! Disrespectful! I definetly will be purchasing a new car soon but not from here......STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCREWING PEOPLE!
