I had the opportunity to meet with Dave Cabell of Twins Buick GMC on 4/14/16. I was some what nervous, thinking it was a wasted trip, but Dave told me on the phone the day before he was gonna put me in this car, so nerves and all to Columbus we went. A staff that cares with a new local our/operator! He has visions of rebuild this once glorious dealership by instilling a new culture focused on Customer service, and at the same time empowering his employees to do the right thing without having to run to ask permission!
I've dealt with Dave Campbell several times in the past. I've grown to consider him more part of my family than a friend. If you're looking for someone that will treat you right and go above and beyond to help you with all your car buying needs than I would absolutely go see him!
