All the people at Twins were great from service center to sales staff. Car broke down near body shop they called tow truck and got us to service center got us in and out as fast as they could . Definitely need to work on communicating better with the customers and their staff waited for my stuff to be done and printed out but it couldn't be cause things were so busy and hectic cause all their people went to lunch at the same time except 1 or 2 "they'd email them to me" week and a half later still no email and they couldn't return my call or tell me until today "they lost my codes" yeah probably because it's been a week and a freaking half now I have to find time to go back up there! Could not have felt more undervalued as a potential buyer. Salesman "D" could not have been more annoyed with me showing up an hour before closing time. Rushed me right out the door before I could even look over their offer. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
