Excellent sales and service We purchase a 2010 Acura TSX. The car was flawless and the price was the lowest for that model year and mileage that I could find online within 300 miles of my home. Mike A., our salesman was very helpful, patient, and allowed us the necessary time and test drives to make our decision. The staff also found a very good financing program for us. We were very pleased overall.

Great customer service and great environment Came by looking for a new car that would fit my 3 kids better than the one I had. Met a sales person named Seth he was very friendly and knew his information. Place has a great environment and friendly staff. Loving the new car thanks for a great buying experience.

Very easy to deal with! I recently visited Twin Pine Auto and was greeted by their salesperson Mike. It was refreshing to find someone who I felt truly took my interests in my concerns. Mike took the time to explain how Twin Pine was different than a lot of other dealerships and the quality of the car we looked at spoke for itself. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone in the market for a good deal to see Mike at Twin Pine. Keep up the good work!

Horrible customer service After driving 2 hours one way to purchase, we were met with terrible customer service. Seriously no salesman EVEN got in the car with us once. They literally handed us keys pointed us in the direction of the car and we were to find it and test drive it alone?? Who does that? Also after purchasing the vehicle, which no salesman still ever stepped foot in we were rewarded with an absolutely EMPTY tank of gas! Easiest car buying I've ever done! Awesome experience at Twin Pine Auto Group! Jon Horst was my sales person and he was very knowledgeable about the Subaru I was interested in! Once I was ready to move ahead with the car I worked with Steve in the finance office and he got me an awesome interest rate for a first time buyer! Great cars, great prices, awesome service.
