Shopping at Twin Pine This was a wonderful first time experience for me. Miguel Ariza made sure my expired was comfortable and understanding. He was great and appreciated. For a first time buyer going into this and not quite knowing was scary but Twin Pine made me feel like an expert.
Simple as can Be Seth was easy to work with. Environment was laid back and no pushy sales tactics, no bullying that you get or have gotten at other dealerships. Lost a Long time customer Twin Pine has changed since they are now part of the Ford dealership. I have purchased 5 cars in the past. Today was a extremely poor customer experience. High pressure tactics, sales manager or creepy back office guy telling my wife is unsafe to drive. It is a BMW X5 and had a mass air flow sensor that needs replaced.
