The absolute worst This has got to be the absolute worst dealership. I would 100% recommend you take your vehicles to literally any other ford dealership other than this one. John was completely unorganized with no communication skills and Hans was totally untruthful about how long to expect the vehicle to be done. DO NOT buy a used car from Twin Pine! Do not buy a used car from Twin Pine. My used car needed thousands of dollars in repairs within 2 months of purchasing. Go elsewhere.
Great service Adam was great throughout the process, he even helped us out when we had to retrieve something out of our old car after hours. Adam and Miguel went above and beyond to help us out! Awesome service!

Worth coming from NJ to buy a vehicle here! I live in NJ but was looking for cars in PA to avoid the higher fees that are charged in NJ. It was extremely worth the trip! The facility is large and gorgeous, the car lot is spacious, and all the cars are kept in great condition. The staff pulled around the vehicles I was interested in super quickly for a test drive and I was able to buy a car and drive it home that night. Very impressed with all aspects and areas of service. Only negative was not receiving a few things that the car didnt currently (floor mats, tires or discount on new tires) have for whatever reason. Of course its out of the salesmen’s control. This is not enough to keep me from returning. I like how the operation works there. Honest and fair.
Honda CR-V I had checked out online and found exactly what I was looking for. I called the next day and spoke to Seth and he explained that the SUV I saw advertised was NOT the vehicle they had. He DID say, the keys are there, etc, etc but could NOT find the car???? Anyways, he told me they had another one with a few more bells on for $400 more.
