Excellent experience Mathew was helpful and professional all through the process. My wife had recently had knee replacement surgery and he accommodated her needs as we test drove 3 cars. Before we did any text driving, he was able to find the cars in their inventory that met our requirements. Their process was fully explained to us and in our opinion was very fair. Impressive Dealership I contacted Miguel when I made my decision to buy a 2016 Chevy Trax after a year of comparison shopping online. It was decently priced below blue book value with low mileage and super clean. I tried to save myself some time by getting pre-approved, but I was not happy with the APR. Great service from Doug Herr in sales I just purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition Max from Twin Pine Ford. Service was great and a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Once I found the right vehicle I was on the road very quick. I would recommend everyone to go there. Ask for Doug Herr.
Appointment times don't mafter to them Had an appointment for 8 am. Waited for 2 and a half hrs and still hadn't taken my car in. They took 2 others in that came more than an hour after me. Finally just got my keys and left. Also took my wifes Jeep in for inspection and to have the ball joints replaced. I was told by another shop they needed replacing but didn't do warranty work. Twin pines said they were fine and passed them. I have since taken and had them replaced and was told there was no way they should have passed.
Twin Pine is top notch! Great experience at Twin Pine Auto Group! They were crazy busy on a Saturday, we never felt neglected. Unbeatable prices and service. Derek was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were starving and they generously provide subs and snacks while you wait...I mean, who does that?! We couldn't be happier!
Ford Explorer Had a great experience buying my Explorer from Twin Pine. The price beat several other dealerships I was shopping with and the experience once I got to the dealership was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend Twin Pine.
Excellent service Seth and Wyatt were excellent at being professional and personal. They answered all questions and didn't push to sell me on more than I wanted. They both did a wonderful job and I'm so happy to have a new van!
