Was supposed to do an install between 9:00 and 11:00, but never told me they could show any time between that and did not show till 2:00 pm and finally called me at 1:30 to say they would be late. Great customer service, not!

I would never recommend twin city glass. I have a broken picture window and called 3 local companies. the first company sent an itemized quote for 490 dollars. the window was listed for 175 dollars. the second company said 400. thirdly the technician from twin city came out and said 400 to 500 the woman called me today and told me it would 960 dollars! she did not provide an itemized reciept and was rude when I asked her why it was so much because even your technician said 4 to 5 hundred. We broke a small medicine cabinet mirror and called Twin City to replace it. I ordered the exact size we needed over the phone and it was ready within a few hours. They also carried the brackets we needed to rehang it, saving us from waiting for an amazon delivery. Very nice and attentive staff!
We chose Twin City because they were recommended by many. The person who came out to measure and talk about options was wonderful. After the glass was installed we waited more than the recommended 24 hours to shower. Leaked all around the base of the glass. Turns out the crew didn't seal around the clips holding the glass. They sent another crew out who assured us we were in good hands with over 20 years in installation service. They'd take care of it. This morning we noticed it's still leaking on one side. Twin City Glass did a great job restoring our storefront after a car drove through the front window. Brent coordinated all the details with minimal interruptions. Great quality workmanship. Highly recommend them.
