One of the worst experiences my husband and I have ever had in trying to purchase a car. First we are serious purchasers and came in today, took the time to test drive a Toyota Camry SXE hybrid looking for it to be my husband's car. Started working with CODY CARTER about 3 months ago. Took a couple of weeks to know which car I was looking for. Then it was time to talk numbers and lock in pricing ( per Cody if locked in before next month still good for current months rates / rebates). Had no problem communicating though text as he would respond within an hour or so after each text. Waited 2 months for the car to be manufactured and shipped. Past 2 weeks been trying to get a hold of the guy and nothing!called dealer/ texted multiple times and no response!... read more

I had a 10:20 appointment for the first prepaid maintenance on a new hybrid and at 12:30pm they came to say they had not yet started anything. I informed them that I had an appointment I could not miss or postpone at 2pm, and if they could not get the car finished by that time I would need to reschedule. I am writing this at 1:10 after wasting more than three hours at a dealership that failed at what must be a simple task and did not even have the courtesy to get me on my way when they realized they had scheduled far too muc... read more
