Fair as far as car dealers go. Great sales staff. Easy to work with. Helpful. Beware of the financial transaction and the finance manager. They will try to slip in extra charges. Catch them. They will tell you that they fixed it. Look AGAIN!! They didn't. Still scamming for extra dollars in a day where they are adding dealer mark ups of thousands of dollars just because they can. Don't trust what the management says at Tustin Toyota. Verify. and verify AGAIN.

Kevin was the person that waited on me very knowledgeable fast and friendly. My car was ready 30 minutes prior to the time they estimated it would be finished. I was able to get an appointment on the same day which was very nice. I have purchased six Toyota’s from this dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone.
