Good diagnosis of my car issue. Great service writer in Kirk Putnam. Had a good price in fixing. Issue. On picking up the. Car the report from the mechanic suggested some maintenance items and one was change the brake fluid. This was a bogus item as the brake fluid was changed 6 months ago by Tustin Lexus. I feel this is an example of pushing a job when not needed by Tustin Toyota. This needs to be looked at as customers relies on the expertise and not a money generator.. Larry, Lexus/Toyota recommends replacing the brake fluid every 3 years. Unfortunately, serivce history access is limited to Toyota's records only, therefore we were unable to see that a fluid exchange was recently completed by a Lexus dealer. They were able to diagnose the issue with my car right away and provide me with all the options and information I needed to make decisions for my next steps.
