Thanks, good customer service Jesus Anguiano was very helpful and the service in my truck was completed prior to the promised time and location was very clean

One of the worst experience I’ve had. It’s not hard to have good customer service. No one asked if I need help. I literally stood there, employees not wearing mask. Took my business elsewhere

I dropped off my car early morning. Was supposed to get a call from the service advisor early that afternoon, no call. So I called to get an update, was told the service advisor would call me in the evening. No call at 7pm that day, so I called again and was told by the service department that my advisor would call the next morning. It’s now 10am and no call. I called and was told I’d get a call back. Don’t bring your car for service here, their advisors just suck. For what it’s worth, my advisor’s name is Kevin.

The only reason got 4 stars instead of 5 is that dealership extremely busy at times and customer service then becomes not the best because they are in a hurry to get to the next customer. Sometimes no car wash as promised, not notified when vehicle is ready, etc.

I have always had excellent customer service from the Service Deoartment. We have been trusting them with all our cars for 20 years and will continue to do so.
