Good service when I needed it. Loren Rogers is a good service person and the mechanic was good also. The only thing I dont like is having to come up with twenty five words in this review.

Excellent Had negotiated with the general manager over text message and was prepared to go in the next day and make the purchase. Every dealer I had dealt with to date, looking for a 4runner, was marking up the price $5-10,000. When I exhibited a little skepticism and cancelled the appointment, Bob the GM reached out to me and assured me all was as negotiated. No markup, in fact he reduced the MSRP in addition to the factory rebate reduction. He had the 4 runner and two sales professionals ready and waiting and all went exac... read more

Loren did a great job in service. I showed up late with a broken tire lug bolt and needing tires bad. The team did a great job getting me in and out. They provided a no charge rental so I did not have to wait at the dealer.
