I got the bright idea to trade in a Lexus SUV for a Camry and seriously regretted my decision. Justin sold me the Lexus originally, then the Camry, and was very gracious when I came back within three days saying I was unhappy. He went above and beyond to make sure that I ended up satisfied. After MANY test drives, I finally settled on the new C-HR. And I LOVE it!!! My experience was really great! Jeff James tried his best to get me in a brand new car, it's just I needed a Cosigner and I really wanted to just get it on my own. But everyone was really nice and helpful! Hopefully soon I'll have my credit established so I can get me a car on my own!
We were driving from New Orleans to Ohio and near Tuscaloosa we hit a pit hole and things began to rattle on the righ front of the car. We saw that the cowling right under the hood was loose near the windshield. We stopped at an auto glass place and they told us the cowling clips had broken and needed to be replaced but the car was safe to drive.
